Creative Media Specialist

About the Role:
The Clancy family of companies is growing, and we're looking for a talented Creative Media Specialist to join our Marketing Department.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional who is passionate about visual storytelling, photography, videography, graphic design, and digital content creation. You'll play an integral role in showcasing the craftsmanship, people, and projects that define our companies while helping shape the visual identity of multiple brands.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role will help bring the Clancy family of companies to life through compelling visual content that showcases our award-winning projects, talented team, and exceptional craftsmanship. From luxury custom homes and interior design to custom cabinetry, flooring, and specialty services, every day offers the opportunity to create meaningful content that strengthens our brands and connects with our audiences.
As a key member of our marketing team, you'll support the branding and creative initiatives of the Clancy family of companies through digital assets that enhance our presence across social media, websites, advertising, print materials, award submissions, email marketing, and promotional campaigns.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both being behind the camera and behind the computer—capturing exceptional work in the field and transforming it into polished, production-ready creative content.

Responsibilities
Photography & Videography
- Capture professional photography and video of completed projects, active job sites, company events, team members, and marketing initiatives.
- Produce compelling visual content that highlights craftsmanship, design, and the stories behind our projects.
- Travel to project sites throughout Cape Cod and surrounding areas as needed to document residential and commercial projects.
- Assist in planning and executing creative photo and video shoots from concept through final delivery.
Drone & Media Production
- Capture aerial photography and videography of completed homes, construction progress, and project sites.
- Produce cinematic footage for marketing campaigns, project features, client testimonials, and brand storytelling.
- Organize and maintain a structured digital asset library, ensuring photography, video, logos, and marketing materials are properly archived and easily accessible.
Video Editing & Content Creation
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, websites, digital advertising, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging reels, project walkthroughs, interviews, educational content, and promotional videos.
- Utilize music, graphics, motion elements, and storytelling techniques to produce polished, platform-specific content.
Graphic Design & Brand Support
- Design creative assets for digital and print marketing, including social media graphics, brochures, advertisements, signage, presentations, award submissions, email marketing, promotional materials, and other branded collateral.
- Assist in maintaining consistent branding across the Clancy family of companies.
- Support new branding initiatives, marketing campaigns, and product launches through thoughtful creative design.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Prepare photography, video, and graphic assets optimized for publishing across multiple social media platforms.
- Edit photography, including color correction, retouching, cropping, formatting to deliver polished, production-ready creative assets.
- Assist in preparing and organizing content for scheduled social media posts across multiple brands.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to execute content calendars and marketing initiatives.
- Support website updates, email marketing, and other digital marketing projects through the creation of visual assets.
Creative Collaboration
Capture professional photography and video of completed projects, active job sites, company events, team members, and marketing initiatives.Produce compelling visual content that highlights craftsmanship, design, and the stories behind our projects.

- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to execute creative marketing initiatives across multiple brands.
- Work closely with project managers, interior designers, architects, company leadership, vendors, and external partners to identify opportunities for compelling storytelling.
- Contribute fresh ideas that strengthen the visual identity of our companies.
- Stay current with creative trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in photography, videography, graphic design, multimedia production, or a related creative field.
- Professional portfolio required demonstrating photography, videography, video editing, and graphic design work.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator, along with professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experience operating professional camera systems.
- Strong understanding of photography, lighting, composition, editing, and visual storytelling.
- Experience organizing and managing digital media assets.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver polished, production-ready creative assets.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
- Professional demeanor and comfort working in occupied homes while interacting with homeowners, clients, and trade partners.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with the ability to travel regularly to project sites.

Preferred Qualifications
- FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification (or willingness to obtain certification).
- Experience with Adobe After Effects or motion graphics.
- Experience with Matterport or other 3D capture technology.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, social media scheduling tools, Canva, and other digital design platforms.
- Passion for architecture, construction, interior design, or luxury residential marketing.

Additional Information
- This is a full-time, in-person position based in our Falmouth, MA office.
- Candidates should reside on or near Cape Cod and be able to reliably travel to our office and project sites throughout the region.
- Regular travel to project sites throughout Cape Cod and surrounding areas is required.
- Occasional early morning, evening, or weekend availability may be required to accommodate project schedules, weather conditions, special events, or optimal lighting for photography and videography.

Selections Coordinator

- 3+ years experience in the construction/design or related fields is a must

The Selections Coordinator plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between design and construction by ensuring that all design selections are accurately documented, communicated, and implemented. This position is integral to translating creative visions into tangible results, aligning client expectations with project execution, and maintaining a seamless flow of information between designers, clients, and construction teams
- Work with clients to select all materials for new construction/remodeling projects
- Manage all selections from pricing approval to procurement and installation
- Proven ability to take on multiple client projects, stay organized, and finish/close out projects in a timely manner

We are looking for a full-time Architectural Designer to work in person and assist in creating innovative and functional designs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Revit and experience working on various design stages from conceptual design through to construction documents. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to produce accurate and efficient designs that meet our clients' needs and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs and construction documents using Revit
- Assist with design development and construction detailing

Carpenter
Responsibilities:
- Precision measure, cut, shape, fit, and assemble wood and/or composite, with shop tools and equipment such as saws, planers, jointers, shapers, routers, sanders, and various power tools.
- Installing trim, running trim, built-ins, mantles, kitchens, etc.
- Interpret plans/shop drawings and implement them properly
- Collaborate & and communicate with other carpenters and supervisors
Requirements:
- Strong communication and attention to detail skills required
- Previous blueprint reading skills are considered an asset
- Familiar with and able to use common hand and power tools
- Be passionate about carpentry and building with integrity

Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Work with the owner, architects, code enforcement officials, and others pertinent to the project.
- Work with the homeowner to explain each stage, provide updates, obtain approvals, and complete change orders for scope of work revisions.
- Develop strong working relationships with all subcontractors/vendors.
- Work with vendors/suppliers to obtain pricing and delivery dates.
- Manage the overall team providing clear communication of project objectives and guidance to resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Proposals and estimations through site visits.
- Create, Maintain, and monitor project budgets.
