Selections Coordinator

About the Role:

The Selections Coordinator plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between design and construction by ensuring that all design selections are accurately documented, communicated, and implemented. This position is integral to translating creative visions into tangible results, aligning client expectations with project execution, and maintaining a seamless flow of information between designers, clients, and construction teams.

You would be responsible for:

  • Work with clients to select all materials for new construction/remodeling projects
  • Manage all selections from pricing approval to procurement and installation 
  • Proven ability to take on multiple client projects, stay organized, and finish/close out projects in a timely manner
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with Project Development Team Members 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in the construction/design or related fields is a must 
  • Candidate should have strong organizational, communication, and scheduling skills 
  • Knowledge of Revit or 20/20 is a plus 
  • Independently prioritize work and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and accountability for achieving team and company goals.
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and tasks, driving them to completion.

Media Manager 

Falmouth, MA 

Clancy Construction, a custom home builder on Cape Cod, is looking for a Media Manager to capture and showcase the craftsmanship and detail that define our work. This role requires someone who is equally skilled in video production, photography, editing, and content planning—a true creative who thrives in a fast-paced and hands-on environment.

About the Role:

As part of the Marketing Team, the Media Manager will work closely with and report to the Marketing Manager, collaborating to create compelling visual content for our social media, website, and brand marketing efforts. This is a content creation and strategy role that involves both creative production and logistical coordination.

You will be responsible for:

  • Capturing high-quality video and photo content of our custom homes, renovation projects, and behind-the-scenes craftsmanship.
  • Planning & Scheduling – Proactively coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and team members to schedule on-site filming and photography. This role requires someone who takes initiative and isn’t afraid to follow up to get the right footage.
  • Drone Footage – Confidently operate a drone to capture aerial footage that highlights our projects’ architectural beauty and coastal locations.
  • Video Editing & Post-Production – Edit and produce polished, professional videos efficiently, ensuring content is engaging and on-brand.
  • Motion Graphics & Branding – Add logos, lower thirds, and creative overlays to enhance storytelling and maintain brand consistency.
  • Content Strategy & Distribution – Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure all media aligns with goals and is effectively used across social media, the website, email campaigns, and PR materials.
  • Interviews & Storytelling – Direct and film on-camera interviews with team members, project managers, and clients, ensuring high-quality production.
  • Social Media Collaboration –  Contribute ideas, optimize content for engagement, and help track performance metrics.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in videography, photography, and video editing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Canva.
  • Experience with DSLR cameras, gimbals, drones, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Ability to confidently operate a drone for capturing aerial footage.
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills—this role requires a go-getter who follows up and gets the right shots.
  • Comfortable conducting interviews and directing people on camera to create authentic, engaging content.
  • Knowledge of lighting, sound, and production techniques to ensure high-quality media.
  • Understanding of branding and marketing goals—this role isn’t just about visuals; it’s about how they drive engagement and business growth.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license to drive to locations throughout the Cape. 
  • Previous experience in architecture, home building, luxury construction, or marketing is a plus!

Flooring Specialist 

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flooring Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in all aspects of flooring installation, repair, and maintenance. From hardwood to laminate, carpet to vinyl, the Flooring Specialist will be responsible for delivering high-quality flooring solutions to our clients. This role requires a combination of technical proficiency, customer service excellence, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  1. Installation: Execute the installation of various types of flooring materials, including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, carpet, and tile.
  2. Preparation: Properly prepare the subflooring, ensuring it is clean, level, and free of imperfections before installing new flooring.
  3. Measurement and Cutting: Accurately measure and cut flooring materials to fit the dimensions of each space, minimizing waste and ensuring a precise fit.
  4. Repair: Assess and repair damaged flooring, including replacing broken tiles, repairing scratches or dents in hardwood, and patching damaged carpet.
  5. Finishing: Apply finishing treatments such as sealants, stains, or wax to enhance the appearance and durability of the flooring.
  6. Maintenance: Provide ongoing maintenance services, including cleaning, buffing, and resealing floors to extend their lifespan and preserve their appearance.
  7. Customer Service: Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and ensuring their satisfaction with the completed work.
  8. Compliance: Adhere to industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations throughout all phases of the flooring installation process.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Proven experience in flooring installation and repair, with a minimum of 1 year in the field.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using tools and equipment relevant to flooring installation, including saws, nail guns, adhesives, and levelers.
  3. Knowledge: Strong understanding of different types of flooring materials, their properties, and the appropriate installation techniques for each.
  4. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship on every project.
  5. Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials, kneeling, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  6. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors.

Clancy Construction Inc. has been delivering custom homes and renovations for over twenty years. As a growing professional design and construction firm on Cape Cod, we are seeking dedicated and experienced cabinet makers for our cabinet shop.

Requirements:

  • Able to utilize all necessary equipment and tools to build, assemble, and install cabinets according to specifications
  • Read and interpret shop drawings to build cabinetry according to plan
  • Communicate with the team
  • Work safely and efficiently while maintaining a keen eye for quality and accuracy
  • Previous experience as a Cabinet Maker or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

Job Description:

We are looking for a full-time Architectural Designer to work in person and assist in creating innovative and functional designs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Revit and experience working on various design stages from conceptual design through to construction documents. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to produce accurate and efficient designs that meet our clients' needs and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop architectural designs and construction documents using Revit
  • Assist with design development and construction detailing
  • Collaborate with clients and the project team to ensure design intent is achieved
  • Review and revise drawings based on client and team feedback
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure project success
  • Maintain project timelines and ensure deliverables are met

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
  • Proficiency in Revit is required (minimum 2 years of experience)
  • Experience with AutoCAD and other design software is a plus

Carpenter

Responsibilities:

  • Precision measure, cut, shape, fit, and assemble wood and/or composite, with shop tools and equipment such as saws, planers, jointers, shapers, routers, sanders, and various power tools.
  • Installing trim, running trim, built-ins, mantles, kitchens, etc.
  • Interpret plans/shop drawings and implement them properly
  • Collaborate & and communicate with other carpenters and supervisors

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and attention to detail skills required
  • Previous blueprint reading skills are considered an asset
  • Familiar with and able to use common hand and power tools
  • Be passionate about carpentry and building with integrity
  • Self-motivated, organized, and a team player with an exceptional work ethic
  • Critical thinker and ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve quickly

Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the owner, architects, code enforcement officials, and others pertinent to the project.
  • Work with the homeowner to explain each stage, provide updates, obtain approvals, and complete change orders for scope of work revisions.
  • Develop strong working relationships with all subcontractors/vendors.
  • Work with vendors/suppliers to obtain pricing and delivery dates.
  • Manage the overall team providing clear communication of project objectives and guidance to resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Proposals and estimations through site visits.
  • Create, Maintain, and monitor project budgets.

Requirements:

  • Applicants must be Enthusiastic about residential design and construction
  • Quick, precise communication skills are a must
  • Solution-oriented, good organization and time management skills
  • knowledgeable about various construction elements (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc.)
