Greg Clancy
Owner
Greg Clancy, a native of Falmouth, MA, has deep roots in his community. Having attended Falmouth Academy, he’s now an esteemed member of its Board of Trustees. Though he pursued Marine Biology initially, Greg’s true calling emerged in construction. In 2002, he founded Clancy Construction, recognizing the synergy between architectural design and construction. Since then, his company has flourished into a multifaceted powerhouse.
With a passion for fine carpentry and cabinetry, Greg expanded the Clancy brand to include Clancy Cabinetry, a state of the art facility located in Mashpee. Employing over 50 individuals, Greg values collaboration and cherishes his team. He’s also proud of his partnership with the Falmouth Housing Trust, contributing to workforce housing initiatives.
Beyond work, Greg treasures moments with his daughter, finding a balance between his professional endeavors and personal life.

When she's not working, Natalya enjoys heading to Maine in her RV with her husband and their four dogs.
Her favorite part of her job is the collaboration with her coworkers and clients.

Eric began his career in the construction industry as a framer before quickly switching to working in a custom cabinetry shop. Shortly after, he opened his own custom cabinetry company and merged into Clancy Construction a few years ago. He has over 35 years of custom woodworking experience.
When not in the shop you can find Eric offshore fishing for Tuna and Mahi Mahi, or cross-country biking on the network of local trails here on Cape Cod.
He loves the opportunity to create unique custom elements and complex built-ins that we add to our homes.

About Adam
Adam has an extensive background of over 20 years in the construction and project management industry, Adam started his career as a laborer and worked his way up to being a project manager, with time as every role in between. As a project manager, he handles day to day operations on our job sites. This included creating material lists, delegating labor, and meeting with clients.
On the weekends, Adam loves spending time with his daughter, playing a round of golf, or his newest hobby: a round of disc golf.
He loves the challenge of implementing complex but beautiful features into our homes, such as coffered ceilings or arch work. In his own words: "As cheesy as it sounds, my favorite part of the job is seeing the smile on the clients face when they walk into their new home."
